Rug Care

All our rugs can be spot cleaned using a damp cloth and mild soap, hang to dry. Most of our rugs are machine washable on cold, delicate cycle. If you have questions about your specific rug, reach out.

Shipping

Because I’m a small operation and make the rugs by hand, items take 7 days to ship. Larger items may take longer and you will be notified if this is the case.

Unless otherwise noted, shipping costs are included in an item’s price. We ship domestically and internationally. International shipments may incur additional fees, of which you will be notified in advance.

Returns & Exchanges
